Kiero Marketplace needed a revamp in the overall UX/UI design. All of their competitors had intuitive and user-friendly platforms, whereas Kiero's online store lacked a significant number of functionalities, including a shopping cart.

For the redesign we maintained the visual style of the existing site, changing it would have been counter-productive since it had a strong presence in the Colombian market because of its low prices, offers, and customer support.

To improve the shopping experience we added a shopping cart, stock indicators, a section dedicated to offers and bundles, and a reviews section. We simplified the payment process and took away unnecessary steps. Finally, we made a design system and UI guidelines for future platform escalation.
